All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, and a one night's stay plus tax, nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

*Upon hotel check-in, an additional Security deposit of $100 per day may be required for property incidentals (ie. Food, drink & equipment rental). There is also an OPTIONAL per day resort fee of $40.00, to those interested in additional resort benefits.

Reservations made after 5/25/25, will be subject to higher room rates, due to the limited room block.   Daily parking fees will apply, however K.O.S overnight guests will receive 50% off parking.  When possible, consider *Ubering/Lyft to the property.  Research rates in advance.  Also, the Hotel may sell out. If so, you will need to secure offsite accommodations.
